01The service
The platform is run by the African Center for Engineering Consultancy to design projects, tender them online and supervise their construction.
02Fees
Owners pay the platform no fees. The winning contractor pays a commission on award, as disclosed before bidding.

Every user is responsible for the accuracy of the data and documents they provide and for the confidentiality of tender documents they access.
