The African Center for Engineering Consultancy is an engineering consultancy registered in Qatar under Engineering Registration No. 406, in Architecture & Civil Engineering, Grade 3.

You send the plot plan, title deed and loan approval, and we listen to what you want in your home.

We review the project and set the budget

Design and cost study
We design the architectural and structural drawings and prepare the specifications, BOQ and cost estimate.
Step 04
Authority approvals (Municipality, Kahramaa, Civil Defence)
We follow the drawings through the Municipality, Kahramaa and Civil Defence until the building permit is issued.
Step 05
Online tender
We publish the project to registered contractors with the same documents and an announced closing date.
Step 06
Contractors submit their bids
Every contractor prices the same BOQ, so the comparison is fair from the start.

Transparent bid opening and analysis
We open bids on time, analyse them line by line and flag unrealistic prices.
