Once the design is approved and the building permit issued, we publish your project on the platform with drawings, specifications and the BOQ. Registered contractors submit bids online until the announced closing date. We then open the bids, analyse them line by line, show you a clear comparison and evaluate the qualified companies with you present before the award.
Yes. The owner pays the platform nothing for design, tendering, bid evaluation, contract drafting or supervision. These services are covered by a commission paid by the winning contractor on award.
The platform charges a commission to the winning contractor on award only; the owner pays nothing. The rate is agreed on award. Contractors know about the commission before they submit a bid.
Your plot plan, the title deed and, if your project is loan-funded, your approved Housing or QDB loan. If your documents aren't complete yet, start with the project brief and we'll tell you what's missing.
No, we do not process loan applications. We work with the loan already approved by the Housing Department or QDB, and we prepare your design and technical documents to match the loan amount.
It depends on the size of the project, how quickly you approve drawings and how long the authorities take to respond. We give you a written timeline after the first meeting and tell you immediately if it changes.
We do. We handle the building permit with the Municipality and the related approvals from Kahramaa and Civil Defence as part of our free owner services. We only need your documents and signatures.
After opening the bids we analyse prices line by line, then evaluate the qualified companies on price, experience, capacity and schedule commitment, and review the results with you present. We recommend on published criteria; the final decision is yours.

The contract we draft sets fixed durations, payments tied to progress and delay penalties. The supervising engineer records and documents any breach and notifies the contractor formally. We mediate to settle it amicably; if that fails, your rights remain protected under the contract.
On the sign-up page, choose "Contractor" or "Supplier", enter your company and commercial registration details, then your contact details, then create a password. Once your details are reviewed, you'll receive tenders that match your classification or product categories.
